You did what?!

I have lost about 5 inches on my waist! I love seeing the results of all my hard work! Thanks for the encouragement! The Wii and walking have really been great tools for me to use. I really do very well seeing my results whether I am seeing them on my body or on a screen. It makes me work harder. I have set up a "calorie burn" goal for everyday. I will gradually increase this goal to challenge myself more and more. I am walking everyday for about a mile and a half or more. It just feels better to be healthy. I have discovered I am NOT trying to "loose weight" I am trying to get healthy. Because it is EASY to loose health, but hard to get it back. I want mine back! :)
